In this example, two macros, 'Macro 1' and 'Macro 2', are defined. To test these macros, select them, Copy (ctrl-c), switch to ImageJ, open an editor window (ctrl-shift-n), Paste (ctrl-v), select the editor's MacrosInstall Macros command, then select MacrosMacro 1 to run the first macro or MacrosMacros 2 to run the second.

Fiji is supported on the following systems: Mac pro case for pc download.
- Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10
- Mac OS X 10.8 'Mountain Lion' or later
- Linux on amd64 and x86 architectures
However, Fiji (like ImageJ) should run on any system for which a Java 8 runtime is available (Solaris, Raspbian, etc.).
Packages for Debian / Ubuntu
We used to offer Debian packages of Fiji. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, we are withdrawing support for these packages until such time as someone is able to maintain them properly, so please switch to using the Linux downloads above instead.

Fiji is distributed as a portable application. That means that you do not have to run an installer; just download, unpack and start it.

ImageJ is a public domain Java image processing program inspired by NIH Image for the Macintosh.
